Ornamental Features:
Spilled Wine Weigela features showy clusters of hot pink trumpet-shaped flowers with buttery yellow anthers along the branches from late spring to early summer. It has attractive dark red foliage throughout the season. The pointy leaves are highly ornamental and turn an outstanding burgundy in the fall. The fruit is not ornamentally significant.
