It has attractive yellow-variegated lime green foliage with hints of red which emerges burgundy in spring. The glossy heart-shaped leaves are highly ornamental and turn outstanding shades of orange and in the fall.
Landscape Attributes:
Flame Thrower Redbud is a deciduous tree with an upright spreading habit of growth. Its relatively coarse texture can be used to stand it apart from other landscape plants with finer foliage.
